The hospitality department are currently recruiting front of house staff to expand our team. You will be required to be polite, professional and efficient in all areas of the department including Bar & foodservice for private functions and corporate functions of up to 500 people. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the Theme Parks most business professional areas and to help us deliver outstanding customer service, first class events both indoor and out as well as magical wedding days to remember.
Requirements
So we already know that you have a keen eye for detail and possess the passion for customer service, but are you up to the functional side? Naturally this role does not operate a 9-5 schedule, you will have to be prepared to work weekends and public holidays, including days over the Christmas holiday. Hours can vary, so we need people as flexible as the job role, but in return, we can offer a diverse and exciting job experience. Previous experience is an advantage but not necessary, what we look for most of all is hard work and willingness to learn & adapt.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Grill Inn at Drayton Manor Park - the premier award winning Midlands based Theme Park is looking to appoint an Assistant Manager for this highly successful restaurant (opened in Aug 2011) which serves 400+ covers per day in busy periods.
If you are the kind of Deputy Manager who has good themed or branded restaurant experience or have been a strong Assistant or Deputy Manager in a similar style environment then this could be the role for you. Your role will entail assisting the Restaurant Manager in running this venture and being responsible assisting the Restaurant Manager in every aspect of this high volume operation from managing your team to training and recruitment as well as looking after the marketing side of your restaurant and managing budgets.
Your main focus will be to ensure that your team are motivated and happy and are providing the highest standards of customer service and that they are leaving your restaurant happy whilst also making sure that you are pushing the business forward and increasing profits.You will need to be aDeputy Manager capable of running a high volume, fast paced business
